Thank you for the opportunity to introduce our company, R & D Engineering to you.

  At R & D Engineering we are able to provide design, mold building, plastic part production and packaging at our central Iowa location. We believe we are large enough to handle most projects, but also maintain a high degree of service that your industry requires. R & D Engineering currently operates 23 TOYO injection molding machines on a 24 hour, 5 day a week schedule. We serve a variety of industries from medical, agricultural, advertising, construction and industrial components.

The following is a description of our quality system:

R & D Engineering's Quality Management System (QMS) was designed, implemented, and is currently maintained, to meet the requirements of the FDA's Quality System Regulation: (QSR) - Code of Federal Regulations 21 CFR 820, specifically for the manufacture and distribution of Class II Medical Devices.
